We can manage your projects to ensure the works are installed to the highest standards, comply with the current regulations and are installed as designed rather than how the contractor thinks you might want it!

These services can be combined with our design services. We would then deal with the entire project from conception to completion all under one roof. We have found this is an excellent way of providing customers with an end to end solution to a project.

We offer this service to both Electrical and Mechanical Contracts. Any Mechanical elements are provided by an associate company that we have work closely together with on many projects.

As part of this service we can undertake:

• Regular site meetings with the client and contractors to evaluate progress and discuss any issues
• Ensure the project is progressing as designed and as intended
• Track the progression of the program and try to avoid any issues arising that may be causing delay
• Ensure the project remains on time and on budget
• Undertake regular site visits to track progress on site
• Provide support for any queries that arise on the contract during the works period
• Keep abreast of any additional works, issuing Variation Orders if necessary or applicable
• Assess contractors claims for payment against the works completed and Issue payment certificates at regular intervals to ensure the client does not end up over paying the contractors during stage payment works
• Undertake snagging of the works at the end of the project to confirm the works are in line with the project specification and drawings and to ensure the works are installed to an appropriately high standard for the client
• Sign off any snagging identified after the contractor has had time to address any highlighted issues
• Ensure the contractor provides all certification, and O&M Manuals for the project
• Issue Completion Certification at the end of the project to confirm Practical Completion of the Project
